Really excited to have been invited to speak at Enhance Media’s Online Recruitment Conference 2011 in London in January.
Given that we consider ourselves to be innovators in the field of learning and development, it is perhaps appropriate that I’ve been asked onto the Innovation panel discussion. Why have I been invited – well a very good question.
The panel will be talking about new innovations that may change the recruitment game in 2011. I’ll be arguing that Lumina Talent, the new psychometric tool that can be used to recruit staff and identify top talent, will provide greater accuracy in its results than previous tools on the market. And what does that mean for business out there? It means they can cut the time and money they spend on recruitment. It means organisations will more accurately spot the best fits for their organisations with fewer mistakes.
I’m looking forward to the debate and will post about it once it’s happened.
