Rachel joined Inspire in early 2020, initially to manage Stevie’s hectic diary and to support Katie with Lumina project management. Since that time the role has evolved to include financial project management as well as a whole range of support across many different clients and projects.

Rachel has enjoyed many years of senior level PA/EA experience both in London and Europe.

Stewart Desson

Stewart Desson

CEO and Founder of Lumina Learning

Stewart has a passion for building the community of like-minded professionals that are all using Lumina Learning’s offerings to help organisations become more effective by focussing on the development of their people.

Stewart is also a highly experienced Business Psychologist and Organisation Development consultant who travels internationally as an inspirational speaker and sought after change agent.

Before setting up Lumina Learning, Stewart had a long career with British Airways, travelling internationally as a consultant and working as a line manager. His passion was leadership development and the use of psychometrics to support change processes.

Stewart has two Masters degrees, the first in ‘Operational Research’ and the second in ‘Change Agent Skills and Strategies’.

Julie Ensor

Business Psychologist and Product Development Lead at Lumina Learning

Julie is a Business Psychologist and Product Development Lead at Lumina Learning. She is passionate about applying evidence-based rigour to the creation of development and assessment solutions that are valid yet also highly engaging and accessible.

In her role at Lumina Learning, she drives the research and development of innovative ‘next generation’ psychometric and learning resources. This includes  Lumina Emotion, Lumina Select, Lumina Spark Coach as well as various bespoke assessment solutions. 

Julie holds an undergraduate degree in Business and Politics from Trinity college Dublin, an MSc in Psychology from the University of Glasgow and an MSc in in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham. She is a member of the British Psychological Society. 

Tony McGaharan

Tony McGaharan

Leadership and Team Development Consultant

Tony is a leadership and team development consultant, facilitator and coach. He is the founder of People Playbook, working with organisations to co-create solutions and overcome People challenges. 

Tony recently left Google where he worked in a variety of People/HR roles in the UK and abroad. He was most recently responsible for leading a global Learning and Development team for a 500+ person sales organisation. Prior to this, he also held other roles in the company, hiring top talent into Europe, Middle East and Africa, and leading onboarding across the Asia Pacific region.

Throughout his time at Google, Tony served as a consultant helping leaders to improve their team’s effectiveness. In his earlier career, Tony managed peace-building programs for a non-profit which uses basketball to bring young people together from divided communities. He is an experienced facilitator and a qualified Coach, both on and off the basketball court. Tony’s number one passion is  developing people.

Elliot Weider

Management Consultant, Coach and Mentor

Elliot is an internationally acknowledged management consultant, coach and mentor who has led and developed performance improvement programmes, focusing on attitudinal change. He specialises in building skills for personal growth, and coaching and mentoring for personal achievement.

He has worked with a range of blue chip organisations across the UK and has extensive experience of working in the US, Europe and the Far East.

As a professionally trained coach, Elliot has supported many senior management professionals in areas such as career and personal development, maintaining a work and non-work life balance, building confidence levels, and team dynamics. He is a confident facilitator and has experience working at Board, director and management levels.

Elliot is passionate about encouraging people to realise and grow their talents so they can make a real, positive difference to themselves and to the organisations in which they work.

Nevin Stewart

Nevin Stewart

Coach and Facilitator

With her resourceful and questioning style, Nevin is a highly effective communicator, business coach and experienced facilitator.  Executives, professionals and senior managers value Nevin’s proactive, clear thinking and flexible approach but she is equally comfortable working with front line staff in a more structured environment. 

Nevin has an MBA and a background in management.  She is quick to take an overview, but careful not to neglect the detail.  She excels at creating learning and development events with impact that show measureable results.

Nevin is an NLP Practitioner and accredited to use the Lumina Spark psychometric too.  She is Level A and B qualified to interpret a range of psychometric questionnaires, including Insights, Myers Briggs, FIRO-B, OPQ.  In addition, she has been trained to carry out return on investment (ROI) studies by the ROI Institute.

Simon Blake

Mental Health and Wellbeing Consultant, Executive Coach

Simon Blake is Chief Executive of the leading social enterprise Mental Health First Aid England. Evidence shows that wellbeing and productivity fuel one another. Poor mental health costs UK business £46 billion per annum and that 1 in 6 people in employment will experience poor mental health in any one year. It is clear organisations and businesses have a financial, moral and business imperative to invest in employee mental health and wellbeing.

Simon is also Chair of the Headspace Health International Advisory Board, the Support After Suicide Partnership based at the Samaritans and the Dying Matters Campaign based at Hospices UK. He is also on the Advisory Council of the Sleep Charity. He is a companion of the Chartered Management Institute and received an OBE for his work in 2011.

Andrew Wood

Coach, Facilitator and Programme Designer

Andrew has held global talent, HR and organisational effectiveness roles at large companies like Synovate, Dentsu Aegis Network, Omnicom, and Pearson. During this time, he developed a reputation as someone who approaches problems creatively and flexibly, identifies patterns, and makes complex challenges and issues easier to understand. He draws on his time  as a researcher to bring curiosity and data into his work, and he balances science with art.

He is an experienced and accredited coach, facilitator, and programme designer. He has a commitment to lifelong learning through practice, reflection, and a healthy appetite for new things. He encourages people to explore their systems, to make sense of them and create new meaning, and to use that meaning for personal growth and change. He is appreciatively challenging and thoughtfully disruptive in the way in which he works with people. 

Hilary Duggan

Leadership, Change and Organisational Development Specialist, and Executive Coach

Hilary is an MCIPD qualified leadership, change and organisational development specialist, and executive coach. She has more than fifteen years’ experience working with leaders and teams to help them develop and embed the right mindsets, competencies, and practices to enable their success.

Hilary has experience on both sides of the fence, having spent a number of years leading national and international OD teams and people-centred change programmes, before setting up her own OD and leadership development practice and then becoming a Director and Partner at h3. She has worked with a range of organisations in the UK and internationally and across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Hilary holds a Masters in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster Business School, as well as a degree in Psychology and English from the University of Liverpool. She is accredited in a number of psychometric tools, is a qualified and experienced executive coach, and holds qualifications in Project Management and Neuro Linguistic Programming. She is also an active mentor for aspiring women leaders.
