Using the Lumina Spark Portrait for Sales Success: A one day Sales Workshop for Personal and Professional Discovery

This powerful workshop will accelerate participants’ ability to sell by understanding more about themselves and others.

Teams learn to be more effective and individuals get to understand what they can do to more effectively connect with internal and external customers.

The day introduces the acclaimed Lumina Spark Portrait, a proven sales development tool. Prior to the session, the team will complete an online questionnaire, and the detailed portrait this produces will be used throughout the day. At the heart of this workshop is the understanding that sales people need to understand their own personal preferences, behaviours and personas to be able to effectively connect with their team and their customers. The portrait enables this by providing a memorable yet detailed sketch of each individual, based on the latest empirical “Big 5” personality research.

The first step is to use the Lumina Spark Portrait to ignite an interest and understanding of the key “aspects” of behaviour and the “qualities” people use at work. The second step will be to enable participants to “speed read” others and rapidly adapt their approach to connect more effectively with team members and customers.
