NLP

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP):

NLP is described by the Oxford Dictionary both as “a model of interpersonal communication chiefly concerned with the relationship between successful patterns of behaviour and the subjective experiences (esp. patterns of thought) underlying them”, and a system… “which seeks to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication, and to change their patterns of mental and emotional behaviour.” In essence, it is a system that helps people understand how to make lasting and effective behavioural change.

Inspire has a number of Master Practitioners of NLP on its training team. Trained to international standards by the co-founder of NLP, Richard Bandler and John Le Valle, and certified by the International Society of NLP, our team can design programmes that use NLP in an explicit or subtle way. This ensures behavioural change is always part of an Inspire-ing development programme.
