Steven Fine – Managing Director
Steven has been providing organisational development, facilitation and training services for the past five years, providing a unique perspective and insight across multiple business sectors.
Starting his career in sales and fundraising, Steven moved into senior public affairs roles for international conflict resolution agencies. He co-founded a film magazine and online film portal in 1998, exiting at the height of the dot-com boom. He then joined a specialist recruitment agency as Director of Business Development and Marketing. This led to the founding of the leading specialist recruitment advertising agency in the not for profit sector.

Steven’s training background began when he attended a disappointing training course and decided to do it better himself. He became an qualified Lumina Spark business affiliate, and has focused on team-building, coaching, sales training and organisational development. Steven chairs a national homelessness charity, and is mentor to the Chief Executive of an east London community organisation.
